Welcome to Chicken Evolution: Idle Game. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the game, features, and content provided by Tapps Games.

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using the game, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the game.

2. License to Use

Tapps Games grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game for your own non-commercial entertainment purposes on a device owned or controlled by you.

3. Virtual Items & Purchases

The game may include virtual currency or items that can be purchased for real money. These virtual items are licensed to you, not sold. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or the platform providers (Apple/Google).

• Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the game.
• Use cheats, exploits, or automation software (bots).
• Harrass or interfere with other players' enjoyment of the game.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the game (including without limitation any games, titles, computer code, themes, objects, characters, character names, stories, dialogue, catchphrases, concepts, artwork, animations, sounds, musical compositions, audio-visual effects, methods of operation, moral rights, documentation, and in-game chat transcripts) are owned by Tapps Games.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tapps Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the game.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new Terms in the game or on our website. Your continued use of the game after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
